Oscar-winner Halle Berry has revealed that playing a stripper’s role in her flick Frankie and Alice was easy.

“[There’s] not much research to play a stripper - you just kind of take your clothes off. It's kind of easy!” the New York Daily News quoted her as telling Access Hollywood at the premiere of the film.

In the film, Berry plays a character with a multiple personality disorder, torn between her stripper persona and a racist alter ego. The 44-year-old actress said she read “thick dense medical books” and spoke to people who suffered from the disordered.

This is not the first time Berry has stripped off on the big screen, as she previously went fully nude in an explicit sex scene for 2001's ‘Monster’s Ball’ alongside Billy Bob Thornton.

Frankie and Alice is releasing on Dec. 17.

Aussie actor Hugh Jackman's wife Deborra-Lee caught him in the middle of getting oral sex from actress Halle Berry while on the set of the movie Swordfish.

Deborra-Lee had just walked in while he was filming the explicit sex act with Berry.

Though it was an awkward occasion, Jackman revealed that the way his wife handled the situation enabled him to do other saucy scenes in front of her.

"There's a scene in Swordfish where I've got a gun to my head, I've got to crack a code and a girl is under the table giving me a **** *** all at once," the Sun quoted Jackman as saying.

"We shot it for two days and Deb turned up unannounced right as I was finishing. Afterwards she went straight up to the girl and said, 'Hi, I'm Deborra-Lee. I think you're giving my husband a **** ***.' The actress went bright red and apologised but Deborra just said, 'Oh, don't worry. You're getting paid to do it so enjoy it!'," he added.

Hollywood actress Halle Berry is the proud new mother of a newborn baby girl. According to a rep for the actress, Halle has given birth to a baby girl on Sunday, and "is doing great."

The Oscar winning actress and her 32-year-old model, boyfriend Gabriel Aubry became parents yesterday after the 41-year-old actress delivered a baby girl at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

It is the first child for Halle and her Canadian boyfriend Aubry, who is nine years her junior.

Berry first confirmed in September, 2007 that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. At that time she was three months along.

“Yes, I am three months pregnant! Gabriel and I are beyond excited, and I’ve waited a long time for this moment in life. Now the next seven months will be the longest of my life!” she, in September, wrote in the online mail to celebrity TV show Access Hollywood’s Nancy O’Dell. “Can’t wait to see you and give you a squeeze and see a pic of your little sweetie. Until then, you heard it from ME first!”

Born to an African-American father and white mother in Cleveland, Ohio, Berry is the Hollywood star and Oscar-winning actress, who came into limelight at the age of 17 when she became winner of the Miss Teen All-American Pageant, and subsequently became a model.

The "X-Men" and "Perfect Stranger" beauty went from the world of beauty pageants in the mid-1980s to a television series, “Living Dolls” in 1989. Two years later she began performing in feature films, including Spike Lee's “Jungle Fever”.

Berry’s combination of talent, tenacity, and beauty has made her one of Hollywood's busiest actors. Berry, also one of the longtime faces of Revlon, bagged an Oscar on 24 March 2002 for her lead role as the lover of a white prison guard in the drama Monster's Ball, making her the first African-American ever to win an Oscar as best actress.

Berry has been married twice. She was first married to Atlanta Braves baseball star David Justice from 1992 to 1996, and then to R&B musician Eric Benét from 2001 to 2005. She adopted the daughter of her second husband, Benét.

Berry is currently dating with her two years of boyfriend, French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, to whom she met in 2005 when they were shooting an ad for Versace. The couple has no plans to marry.

The Oscar-winning actress and her French-Canadian supermodel boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, are expecting a baby boy, according to her friends.

"She's so excited," a source told PageSix. "She says she's never been happier than now, when she's pregnant."

This is the first pregnancy for 41-year-old Berry who has had two failed marriages - to David Justice and Eric Benet.

After initially denying her pregnancy, Berry confirmed in September 2007 that she was three months pregnant.

But Halle’s baby joy has been tempered by her fears that her diabetes could turn the happiest event of her life into a difficult pregnancy.

“Halle is so happy right now,” said an insider. “She’s wanted a baby for so long. But at the same time she’s scared because she is very aware of the complications that having diabetes can cause during pregnancy. She’s doing everything possible to make sure her baby is born healthy.”


Halle, who turned 41 on August 14, vowed to her pal, Oprah Winfrey, two years ago that she was determined to have a baby before she turned 40. After two failed marriages, one to baseball slugger David Justice and another to singer Eric Benet, she had at last given up hope of having her own child and said she was considering adoption.

Halle Berry admits that her biggest regret is getting her ex hubby’s name tattooed on her butt.

The Academy Award winning actress married first hubby, pro baseball player David Justice in 1992 and had his name tattooed on her posterior.

When the marriage ended in divorce in 1996, Berry had the tattooed turned into a sunflower for it represented.

However, Berry now admits to the UK edition of Cosmopolitan that she made a mistake in getting the etching, for she would have just preferred ‘clear skin’.

"I chose a sunflower because when darkness descends they close up to regenerate," Femalefirst quoted her, as telling the mag.

"But I really wish I'd never had the tattoo in the first place. Clean, clear skin is always better," she added.

Berry and Justice found it difficult to maintain their relationship while he was playing baseball and she was filming elsewhere.

She had earlier revealed that she left so despondent after the break-up that she considered taking her own life.
