Amy Winehouse might be suffering from tuberculosis as she's reportedly been coughing up blood and suffering a severe chest infection, it has emerged.

The 24-year-old has suffered further weight loss and a loss of appetite - all symptoms of the deadly disease. Winehouse also has an irregular heartbeat and doctors have put her on a drip as they try to get her off her drug addiction.

"Amy is in a bad way. Doctors are still struggling to control her heartbeat but the chest condition has been really worrying them," The Sun quoted a friend, as saying.

"She'd been been suffering horrible coughing fits and hurling up blood for a while but refused to be examined. Doctors now believe it is tuberculosis and are doing more tests to be certain," the friend added.

The 'Rehab' singer collapsed at her home in Camden, North London, on June 16 and was rushed to a clinic by dad Mitch. Doctors were trying to discover if the collapse is related to a seizure she suffered last August when she was hospitalised after a huge drug binge.

"Things sound really bad, but at least now they have found something specific it will be easier to keep her in hospital and free from drugs," a source said. "The word tuberculosis might frighten her into getting herself well. It certainly should do. "She needs to realise she will die if she she doesn't clean up her act," the source added.

English singer songwriter Amy Winehouse has posed nude for a photo shoot for a charity campaign. The campaign is in aid of raising breast cancer awareness among young women, Contactmusic reported.

The troubled 24-year-old 'Rehab' singer will be seen naked in the April (08) issue of British magazine Easy Living, where she has stripped off for photographer Carolyn Djangoly.

The pictures, which are in black and white, shows Winehouse as playing a guitar, which covers her genitals, while two pieces of duct tape cover her nipples.

Amy will not be the only celebrity who is posing naked for the campaign, joining her are singer Sade and actress Helena Bonham Carter, who have also agreed to remove their clothes for the picture project.

Amy Winehouse is rumoured to be in talks about bringing out her own clothing line.

Famed for her unique style, including her beehive hairdo and heavy eyeliner, Amy, 24, will help fans create a similar look for themselves.

'Amy's style has been copied by girls around the country and there's a lot of money to be made,' a source tells The Sun. 'It's a very distinctive look.

'Amy wants to bring out a range of cosmetics and fashion products. There could be hairspray, head scarves, liquid eyeliner and perfume.'

Meanwhile, Amy was photographed in London's Soho last night with scratches on her left arm.

He revealed: "That first night I was wearing Spider-Man underpants and she thought they were wicked. In fact, Amy took them and kept them as a souvenir."

Johnny believes Amy - who last week cancelled her entire European tour due to "exhaustion" - is being heavily-influenced in her drinking and drug-taking by husband Blake.

He said: "You can see Amy's besotted with him, she needs someone to treat her mean.

"It's sad what's happened to her, but drugs are everywhere she goes. I can see why she's got problems."

Amy Winehouse has pulled out of two Rolling Stones gigs in Germany after she was admitted to hospital last week.

The 23-year-old, who was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize, was due to appear as a support act at Dusseldorf's LTU Arena and the AOL Arena in Hamburg.

The cancelled sets are the latest in a string of gigs the singer has pulled citing exhaustion or ill health.

A spokesman for the star declined to comment over a Sunday newspaper's claim she was treated for a drugs overdose.

Classic rock band, The Answer, will replace her as the opening act for tonight's concert in Dusseldorf.

Amy Winehouse claims she'd prefer to settle down and be a housewife over being a rock star.

The 23-year-old, just tied the knot with Blake Fielder-Civil.

'I don't want to be ungrateful,' she tells The Sun. 'I know I'm talented but I wasn't put here to sing. I was put here to be a wife and a mum and look after my family.

'I've always been a homemaker. I love what I do but it's not where it begins and ends.'

Meanwhile, Sir Elton John beauty Amy Winehouse is "one of the greatest performers" he has ever seen.
