Hollywood Top Actress Angelina Jolie will divide her mother's 1.2 million dollar life insurance policy with her brother James Haven.

Jolie's mother Marcheline Bertrand, who died of cancer in January 2007, had instructed the life insurance policy split in her will, reports Contactmusic.

The fine points of her will, which names Jolie and Haven as co-executors of her estate, are now being made public.

In a document in her own writing, the late actress states that she's still yet to be paid 180,000 dollars in spousal support from her ex-husband Jon Voight.

Bertrand has also left 100,000 dollars each to Jolie's children Maddox, Zahara and Shiloh.
